I will recommend Vista Realty to everyone! -- Apr 2016

My brother, who at the time was a Mortgage Broker, recommended Dustin Erwin / Vista Realty when I was shopping for a home. Dustin was very informative, stuck with my must haves and won’t live withs, and he adhered to my budget. He was never pushy and let me take my time. We eventually found the one. I, being a first time home buyer, had a million questions. Day or night he took the time to answer them all. I have since sold that home to adjust to my growing family and I would not have trusted anyone but the Vista Realty team. Dustin and Michelle sold our home in less than 24 hours for full asking price!!! We (my family) decided to buy in a new subdivision and had a house built. Vista / Dustin was with us the whole way in that too and did not have to be. I will and do recommend Vista Realty to all of my friends, family, and co-workers. It is safe to put your trust in this amazing realty team. I need to mention my brother loved the company so much he became a realtor and is now part Vista Realty team.
